I got one of those 6S BMW LTO starter batteries from Battery Hookups. Other than its oddly small power density (10ah) it looks like it could be a good solar battery for an off grid ham radio repeater, or even as a vehicle jump pack.
as far as a BMS goes, Im thinking that in jump pack mode, id probably want that function to bypass the BMS- the amount of amps that are needed is probably larger than the BMS could handle. For everything else, Im guessing that it won't be an extremely high drain function. (maybe my DC fridge).
