Hi,
I have a Blue Carbon 48V 200ah battery connected to a voltronic axpert vm3 (the china knockoff no brand) inverter/charger. This battery does not have an external bms interface. It is self contained. Its voltmeter showed 54.0 volts when the battery first arrived. I want to optimize the battery settings so that it only charges to about 90% and discharges to about 60%. Does that sound right to you? The inverter menu does not have lifepo4 settings but must use the user setting for a lithium battery. The available settings are bulk charging (c.v. voltage) and floating voltage. The bulk charging default is 56.4V. The floating voltage default is 54.0V. The equalization is disabled. What do you recommend these settings to be? Also it has a setting where is switches from the battery to utility or solar when the battery is discharged. Their setting is 42.0 V which I think is too low. What voltage should this be?
Thanks,
Randy
