Reconnect battery setting : Growatt SPH 5000 ES

After trying out cheap Power Inverters along side a Epever Charge controller, I had issues with the inverters, so I’ve sold my Epever and am considering an all-in-one Growatt SPH 5000 ES. My question is regarding one aspect of setup. I’ve watched various YT videos and tried to understand the user manual, but there’s one thing I either miss, or clearly don’t understand. If my load depletes the battery, there isn’t enough solar to quite keep up, and the pack wasn’t being charged by the grid. The battery, disconnected from the load, will slowly charge up from Solar. What setting is it that decides the voltage at which the battery is reconnected to power the load again ?
