I'm new to the forum, a long time small off grid user, but very new to Lifepo4 batteries. I have questions about the settings to use and maybe some "translation" from the battery manufacturer's recommended settings and Renogy's User Options.

I have 2 RedOdo 24V, 100AH in parallel and a Renogy 60Amp Rover charge controller. The Renogy doubles the settings when used with a 24V system. I've attached the settings RedOdo recommends and a screen of my present settings on the Renogy User menu. Some I think I've got reasonably close, other's I don't really know about, like "tail current" in the RedOdo settings.

Any recommendations would be appreciated.

By the way, our first off grid system was in a remote cabin in 1988. We had a Kyocera 55 Watt panel that cost $7 a Watt (in 1988 dollars).
