I would not go with Renewable Outdoors for any purchase. They were slightly cheaper, but if you have any problems, getting a hold of someone, it is incredibly difficult. I purchased an inverter system and some solar panels. These were extremely difficult to track because the online portion of your order does not necessarily reflect any real-time events, including what you purchased, when, or if it was shipped. When I did get my solar panels, several of them were crushed; it looked like it had flipped upside down, heavy objects placed on top and or other mishandling, and some minimal attempts were made to put it on additional pallets which probably caused more problems. Lets just say that several panels were completely destroyed. When it arrived, I took a number of photos while it was on the truck. I emailed those to the support and tried calling, but got no answer from Renewable Outdoors. Five minutes later, I got a call and was told to take photos (which I did and video) and accept the package, not to go through the panels ( there was a lot of broken glass )due to getting cut, and they would send new ones right away. Well, that was about a week ago, they have not been responsive to any emails or any phone calls. I suggest trying to call them, select option 1 or 2, and you go straight to voicemail. The only email I received was one informing me that they now want me to review the panels and determine which ones are still valid, with no indication of whether or when new panels would be sent to me or any timeline. Several emails have gone unanswered, and again, no phone calls have been answered. I have attempted to work with them and emailed them a number of unanswered questions and suggestions including just take back the panels and refund my money......again no answer. I am now seeking a full refund of the order and for them to just get the pile of panels that was left in my driveway. I will next be writing the Washington State Office of Attorney General and VISA to get my money back. Be forewarned, try calling them yourselves. Clearly, there are some issues going on over there at Renewable Outdoors.
