Renogy 3000 watt inverter charger intermittently charges Batteries

Renogy 3000 watt inverter charger sometimes fully charges my 2 200AH Renogy LiPo batteries, sometimes one goes to 95% and the other stops at 75%. the odd time it fully charges both batteries. other times I plug it in and it does nothing.

Any Ideas why?

You have to charge them separately 1st to the same state of charge
Top them both off, then, join them together
