Renogy Battery Monitor 500A Screen Not showing charge rate

Thanks Snoobler!
I am new to all this. I paid someone to wire it all up because I wasn't confident in doing it. It shows charging when the RV is running or generator, but nothing when the panels are working. The Rover shows it's pulling a charge but it's showing it's discharging when nothing is on.
I have 500W of solar, 200Ah battery, two 80Ah house batteries, 2000W renogy inverter, Rover MPPT, Battery Monitor, and I also have a go power automatic transfer switch near the breaker box.
I can't figure out what I need to do to fix it. I need help. I tried using the diagram and can't find where it's wrong.
I need it to to show charging when the panels are running.

I am having a similar issue. Seems to be wired correctly (negative to shunt B-). I have a solar suitcase So solar controller is on the suitcase and connected to system through zamp input. Plugged into shore power and the battery charger is not showing any positive charging. Any help appreciated!

Hi All,
I'm having same same but different problems:
My Renogy battery monitor does not register the current coming from the starter battery when driving. I'm sure current it going in as the voltage went from 13.2v to 14.1v after the last 2hr stint (but quickly dropped back to 13.2). The current from the solar and when plugged into mains power reads perfectly on the current & percentage so I'm at a loss.

I've attached the wiring diagram (there are breakers but I didn't show them for speed).

I've noticed earlier in the thread that I may have connected the shunt +ve incorrectly and it should got to the other battery, but I don't understand why it would only be the alternator current that isn't registering when the solar and AC are fine?

(also attached the wiring diagram from the Renogy website)

Many thanks

I have this same issue and everything looks wired correctly. I am beginning to think this is a renogy problem.
