Looking at Rescom panel roof mounts for a standard pitch asphalt shingle roof with Solarever 365 Watt panels. They would save me a lot of money in metal railing, but are they up to code? I live in central California, so we don't get snow or hurricanes, just earthquakes, which we are way overdue for a big one. Anyone have any experience with these mounts? Or have an opinion of the Solarever panels, at 53cents a watt.
