Riden 6018 58.8 Low Amp

I have a 14s pack on the bench and want to supply 58.8v.

Can't seem to get over 1 amp. Seems like the power supply voltage drop is cutting it?

No load PS input is 69.75 drops 57 with battery connected.

LFP cells are a dead short to a power supply/charger. It is perfectly normal for the voltage output to drop to the battery level until it is over 99% done.

You have it set to charge to 58.2v using a little over 4 amps. The fact that it is not putting out 4 amps says you should replace the leads you are using (quite common).
