Ruixu lithi2-16 shutdown trip

Very recently I changed my off grid battery bank to 4 Ruixu 2-16 batteries. Today about noon they got to 100%. Then about 2:18 all four tripped their breakers and the inverter, a Sol-Ark 12k alarmed on low dc voltage. It was 3 hours later when I discovered it and I was able to restart all 4 batteries and then the sol-Ark. I lowered the float voltage from 58 to 56 vdc. I have not connected communication. I appreciate input as to what may have caused this and how to prevent it. Thank you. Dave
I just changed the sol-Ark float to 54.4, absor, and eq. at 54.6. This is in line with Ruixu guidance. Does this seem ok?

The lower voltages should make things happy. I'd bump up to 55.2V absor.

Thanks. Even with the lower float, abs, and eq voltages today once the batteries hit 100% they shut down. They light on the front turns red and they output nothing. The sol-Ark trips on low dc input.
I have used this inverter with no name lifepo4 and eg4 batteries with no issue.
I am at a loss about this.

sounds like you have your max charge voltage set to HIGH, and your Tripping the BMS over voltage protection.
max charge voltage in the manual is 56.8v
