Hello.
Today i had my battery storage increased and was told power would NOT be turned off during the process, only the batteries themselves Since it was a sunny day, didn't matter as i wasn't using much power.
Half way through the job, i lost power and complained and he didn't know why it happened but got everything back up and running again after the install.
Problem was i went to use solarassistant to check it could see the new batteries and found that solarassist via iphone failed to load and gave me an error
File image with a blue ?
sa-charts
data - zero kb
open in ...
going directly to my solarassistant IP in the phones browser gives me the dashboard view of current usage but all charts are missing.... using a test browser and going to dashboard will offer me to "download" sa-charts... (which i tried and did nothing.
On my PC, i can see everything appears to be working and setup same as before but see no charts, Seems to me that the sa-charts file on the rpi3 thats running SA has been corrupted during the unexpected power shutdown and i do not have enough knowledge on how to fix such an issue and looking for some guidance if you are able to offer., or I'm looking at the problem wrong and this is actually something else.
Thank you for your time.
EDIT: Noticed that homeAssistant also stopped giving me real time usage data even though under SA, the real time data is the part that IS working.
