Schneider Conext Gateway Password Problem

I use the ComBox so this may not help but.......
With the CB you can fire it up with a USB stick inserted. That step records the IP address. With the IP address you can then log onto it via your LAN and have complete access to all functions.
Not sure if the gateway has a similar local access route or not.
Please note I may have used some incorrect nerd terms above but you get the idea hopefully.
If you are AZ Jennifer (no picture avatar confused me) then you know a crap ton more about network stuff than I do ?.
Another guess, your new password looks crazy long. Did you try shortening it to 10 of the proper characters?
