This pack is from the scooter handle bar stem,

Does this have a built in BMS?
Can I wake this up?
I hate to take it apart, it would be nice to use it as is.

I looked on the interweb and could not find more info on this.

The description says no BMS. Do some more research. I8650 cells are common, maybe the most so. Many people have built packs with a BMS.

I just watched a video the other night on rebuilding a laptop battery that used 18650s, and he mentioned he showed on his last video a trick to bump start the little bus system into waking back up after the battery replace. Maybe that’s what you are looking for?

I looked on online and found Razor ES1 or Bird scooter used this battery,

it is basically as 10s2p with connections running both side and I can't tell if there is a BMS behind the connectors, there is definitely a PCB,
