Screw loose on Solar Panel Z-Bracket Roof Mount

I have a Renogy rigid solar panel mounted to my van's roof with Z-brackets & the screws that came with them, and just noticed that one of my screws has come out. When I try to screw it back in, it won't hold. Does anyone have advice for how to fix this?? A bigger screw?

Is there VHB tape under the brackets? Is there EternaBond tape over the top of the brackets and screws?

@WinnieView1 I used butyl tape under the brackets and silicone 2 on top of the brackets & screws. Is there something else you could recommend I put on top of the brackets to ensure that the seal is super tight? I just looked up EternaBond & apparently it bonds to anything but silicone ...

Look at the screw. Are the threads intact? Then look at the bracket. Whichever part is damaged should be replaced.
