I am looking for a grid tied hybrid inverter with the following specs, either 10kw or 12kw inverter, 48v 20kw battery system capable, 3-4 mppt inputs 16a or more each, solar panel voltages up to 580v, single phase.

The solution could be 2 x 5 or 6 kw hybrid inverters in parallel.

Brands and model numbers please....

In the USA, the Victron is the only single phase grid tied inverter that I know of. In the USA, most grid tied inverters are split phase.

as i am based in Australia and we use 240v single phase. i have no requirement for split phase.

Thus a single phase system is adequate...

You could look at Solis. They are available in .au. Their S6 range of Energy Storage Inverters (hybrids) can be run in parallel (earlier hybrid models couldn't). The range goes up to 10kW with 3-4 MPPT per inverter. They use 48V batteries (check the list of compatible batteries).

I have a Solis S5 hybrid (in the UK) and I'm happy with it. There are other Solis (UK and US) users on here.

Yes, I agree with you. I got myself Solis S6-EH1P12K03-NV-YD-L and it arrived with a broken display screen. Probably caused by delivery handling.
Luckily enough, the inverter can be configured via Bluetooth.
