Click to expand... You should get two BMS. One for each battery. The amps depends on the cell ratings AND the planned loads.

What was your reasoning to choose 24V over 48V? 24V is kind of a no mans land between an RV system and a home based system. With 48V, everything runs at half the amps so all the wiring, connectors, fuses, yada yada yada can be smaller and usually cheaper.
