I was looking for a GroWatt SPF 12000T for my home and having trouble locating one in the first place and then one at a reasonable price. I stumbled across Self2Solar (never heard of them before) and their website (https://www.self2solar.com/ ) showed stock and a fair price. I emailed Customer Support (an actual email on their site and not one of those annoying “Contact Forms”). I asked about inventory and also for some references as to who they were and how their customers liked them. Jess got back to me quite fast and confirmed stock, price and shipping and pointed me to this forum for independent reviews on her company.
On 4/1/2025 I ordered one online and immediately got an email confirmation that my order was received and they were preparing it for shipment. On 4/4/2025, Jess emailed to confirm all my shipping information and later on the same day emailed again to inform me my inverter had shipped and to give me the tracking number. I was happy to see they had shipped with a well-known and trusted national carrier. She has the right balance of keeping me informed without bugging me all the time. She’s also responsive when I ask a question as well as polite and well informed.
When I received my inverter it was packed in an actual wooden crate, well padded inside and in perfect condition. All in all an excellent transaction and I would recommend Self2Solar.
