Confirmed, self2solar texting says it'll be a V2 w/ Tigo transmitter. Can't wait to open the box and find that confirmation. On the original topic, good ordering experience so far...
And SS has been saying for a long time all they are selling is V3. I suggest you insist they swap it out. They have said on this forum that all they are selling is V3.I finally decided to add the SYN-200 and batteries, and unfortunately the Min 11400 I purchased from signature solar 12 months ago is a V2.

Suckered?Let us know how the SYN-200 does. I almost went that route, and got suckered into the LV all in one.
I don’t dislike it I should say. I think the SYN-200 with some MIN inverters is a much quicker install, and probably much cleanerSuckered?
What do you dislike about the one you bought?
Hmmm I'm not sure.I don’t dislike it I should say. I think the SYN-200 with some MIN inverters is a much quicker install, and probably much cleaner

The min is definitely a more sophisticated inverter but the cost of batteries for it adds up QUICKLY if you want lots of storage.
I think the sph may also handle surges better just going by the weight.
The min doesn't have fans and gets hot. I have a huge fan blowing on mine to keep it cool.
If we could figure out how to get Hv batteries for the min as cheaply as it is for 48v inverters I would definitely recommend it
That would be the last option I would ever consider . What do you like about it?All things considered, I’d be going with a Gridboss/Flexboss setup if I had just started
Better surge capability; eliminates the need for long runs of giant copper in my setup. Eliminates a combiner panel on both the grid and backup sideThat would be the last option I would ever consider . What do you like about it?

That is highly dependent on how you install them. I have never had a problem with mine getting hot. Mine are installed in a basement, no heat or ac though. The ambient temperature in the basement reaches about 90 degrees in worst part of summer, its also my gym and I have a fan for when I’m down there and its hot.The min doesn't have fans and gets hot. This is the response I received from SS.
"I looked into your issue and it looks like when you purchased the Growatt 11.4kw inverter in 2023, that was the newest version at that time.
Now that they have since released the version 3 as well as the SYN 200, you would have to use the ATS Transformer or purchase the newest version of the Growatt 11.4kw inverter if you are wanting to utilize the SYN 200.
You are correct that the version you have will not work with the SYN 200.
Please let me know how you would like to proceed."
This is incorrect. Checking with Growatt to get the exact date. SS has only recently started selling the SYN-200. That's why they sold the V2.
So I called them out and this is the response I got"
"We did not start carrying the SYN 200 until December of last year. It has only been available on our website for about 2 months now."
So until 2 months ago, it looks like they were selling the V2. The sales lady I spoke to didn't know there were two models.

If anyone has any trouble reaching them to identify the version of their unit, please send me an email at engagement@signaturesolar.com and we will do our best to assist!Hope Growatt USAService has improved.. 3+ years dealing with them has been a joke. Growatt USA as well China Directly, worse support ever. Good equipment, worthless service.. GOOD LUCK, Jess, you should be able to get better support from Growatt via Francis than any customer.. been my experience.
