Hi, I currently have a Yeti 1250 and 3, 100 watt Renogy panels on my van's roof in parallel. The system also has 2 extra 100 amp/hr AGM batteries. I recently bought a Bluetti AC200 lithium power pack and my plan is to use it in lieu of the Yeti and the AGM batteries. Lastly, I have room for an additional Renogy panel on my van's roof.
I am trying to figure out if there is any advantage in using series or parallel panels in this system. Currently, I use parallel panels for the Yeti, and that works out OK. However, I think I read (or watched) someone that it was better to use series panels with the Bluetti (but I can't relocate the reference). Would someone with more expertise on this question help me with a reply? Each panel has an open circuit voltage of 22.5 volts.
