Help needed I am in contact with Pylontech in China over problems that I am having in trying to make my system work!
I have Lux LXP3600ACS inverter, 4 - Pylontech US 2000C batteries and 8kw solar array with microinverters plus Zappi 2 charger for my EV.
Zappi works fine, array likewise, nothing else does by that I cannot charge/discharge the batteries as I cannot get a WIfi connection to the inverter.
Pylontech have been most helpful but their last email I do not understand.
"If you direct connect your LAN cable to laptop but laptop does not work. What do you think? If laptop does not work then dongle can work with this LAN/internet"
can anybody help me in making sense of this email please?
I have a solid 2.4 G signal at the inverter but the dongle just keeps flashing!
Any help/advise appreciated.
