lol, yeah, I thought about reusing the little box they used to send it to me,Probably via a better packing method than the way you received them! Mine had no padding whatsoever.
Tape over the terminals to prevent inadvertent contact.
I would allow at least 1/2 inch padding between cells and 1" padding between cells and box.
Probably UPS or Fedex. USPS is pretty unreliable right now.
Make sure you include a UN3090 label and identify it as as hazmat material accordingly.

Well, it is a gift so, my buddy is not supposed to know.It's a bit of a crap shoot. I would ask your buddy what carrier he prefers.
It was just one 3.2V 272Ah battery
Not trying to be a stickler but that’s one cell, 4 cells make up a 12v battery etc.
Is a AA battery not a battery even though it is one cell?
