sma tl5000 won't operate

I have two SMA Sunny Boy inverters TL5000. Been running fine for 9 years now. Just today one is off-line.

I have the message "Reconnection Fault Grid". Nothing I have tried will allow the inverter to close it's Grid Relay and Sell. I have 256v across the 240v ac side, I see 417v and 453v on the DC sides, just no current as the device won't operate. After a cold boot, dc and ac off, none of the startup messages on the screen indicate any issue.
Also see "Waiting for PV voltage" message despite that 400+ dc volts it already says it has.

Can't find anyway to perform a factory reset on the inverter. I have the Sunny Explorer tool, I am in the app as Installer. I can see all the settings and can Edit them as necessary. I have the grid codes as well.

Now, one hour later, it is working.
Too bad at any given time, a user, an installer, nobody can tell what the device is THINKING or DOING !!

Faults on my SB's have been relay failures, once you know which one it is then you can unsolder and replace. One exception was a SB3600TL where some module in the bowels failed. That one saw the AC but not the DC.

This was of course a logic failure as I will put it. 99 items can all be in-line and just 1 falsely detected bad conditions KILLS THE WHOLE INVERTER. The posted and identified causes for Open Grid Relay were false. All voltages and parameters we in line and yet I was locked out of production. Not even with Installer credentials and Grid Codes was I able to clear the false condition.

Has anyone here ever found a way to push a Sunny Explorer or other reboot ?

I hope I don't have to retire an almost 10 year old inverter OVER B---S--- false detection logic.
