I just received in the mail my SOK 12V 100Ah battery, the new model with built-in heater and bluetooth. However, it will not charge. Multimeter reads a voltage of only 1.3V between the terminals. I tried hooking up a power supply to it to manually charge it, but no current flows.
Am I being totally stupid and just forgetting to do something, or is my battery broken? What could cause this? I briefly tried removing the top of the case, but wouldn't get around the screw terminals being attached to the top so I stopped my attempt to disassemble the device. I only saw one connector when I was peeking inside, and it seemed to be connected.
I would appreciate any help!
