SOK 48V rack battery - peak discharge current is NOT 200 amps

SOK's spec sheet for their SK48V100 rack battery lists its peak discharge current as 200 amps (for 3 sec). This is incorrect. What's the correct value? Well...

Current Connected's spec sheet lists this battery's peak discharge current as 125 amps, as per their own in-house testing.

Upon inquiring with SOK about the discrepancy, they came back with yet another value:

"...this BMS has 2 step protection.
first, when the discharge current over 110amps for 1 second, this BMS will cut off in protection.
second, when the discharge current over 150amps for 100ms, this BMS will cut off in protection."

In any case, it isn't close to 200 amps, so adjust your surge-handling expectations accordingly.

Starting to think a level-set between the eFlex (maybe even SimpliPhi!) and Sok, EG4 and others is starting to be needed. You don't get something for nothing, especially as demand outstrips supply.

Our (currentconnected) website has has this right for a long time. These numbers are from the actual values set within the BMS.

I have no idea where this google drive file came from, but the website is always going to be most updated.
It's from SOK's website! Right here (click the 'Spec Sheet' link on this page):

FYI this same spec sheet showing 200 amps is also on your (Current Connected's) site in the fourth image in the carousel on this page:

Ultimately, it would be great if everyone could be on the same page on exactly what the real, true, actual specs are, instead of getting three different answers depending on where you look / who you ask.
