Has anybody dealt with the company or one of their licensed dealers when things go south? How helpful are they when a problem arises after the money has changed hands? How are they doing when it comes to handle warranty claims? Where do you have to ship the battery to in such a case? I emailed them the last question but haven't gotten a reply (yet).

Email = fast reply. Sales point is in the US. Return US. They supply the shipping and the label back. Min is the contact person. They have been exceptional.
Best dealer IMHO?
