I have not changed any settings on my Sol-Ark 15k since the new https://www.mysolark.com site .
I tried to change some battery charge parameters via two different browsers this morning
I do not get the notice that settings were saved.
I had to go to the Sol-Ark unit and use the small window to make my changes.

Equipment->Inverter->Parameter setting->system work mode

I checked some of the Charge boxes - Time1 to Time 6 and hit save but the settings did not stick.
When I went back to look, none of the boxes I checked were checked.

I remember doing this on the old Sol-Ark page and not having a problem.
Did the new site change the ability to alter settings via a PC browser?
The other thing I thought about was that there is a time delay before the settings show again in a browser?
Thanks

I can change work mode settings with the new version.
Did you uncheck the sell boxes?
Can you change other settings to verify it works at all?

I don't sell to the grid.
My 15k is on a sub panel in an out building and all the battery power goes to that building with nothing to spare.

I just checked the battery settings page and I hit the save button.
I do get "command send successful" on that page but not on the system work mode page

So, you had 1-3 in use, and you are trying to add some of 4-6?
If so when you check one of 4-6, do the boxes show up below to fill in? It's been so long since I messed with mine, I can't remember how it behaved. I've had all 6 in use, so don't remember when the fields showed up to fill in.

Also, if the above is the case, and it lets you make the changes at the inverter, does it not show up in the software?

No, Only 1 was checked before I tried to check 2 and 3
I had to go to the Sol-Ark to check 2 and 3
You are looking at a screen shot after the settings were made at the Sol-Ark

I run this building on solar panels and disconnect from the grid
If we have sun, I can charge the batteries back up to 100%
But we have had several days of no sun and so I wanted to charge the batteries up a bit because they got down to 39%

I only charge at the cheapest rate from 1am to 6am if I need the grid, but I had to charge some this morning
That's why I was adjusting the charge times

We have Duke flex power here in NC
The 3 rates are 5.6, 7.7 and 16.9 cents per kilowatt hour
If I need the grid, I only charge at the 5.6 cent rate

So, making settings changes at the inverter updates the software, but it won't work the other way......

I've had times when making changes to the time or percent in the software that some didn't send, had to do it again. But, never had it not work all together. Sorry, don't know what to say, other than maybe tag one of the Sol-Ark people on here or contact them.

I just checked the battery settings page
I hit the save button.
I do get "command send successful" on that page
I do not get the "command send successful" on the system work mode page

Sun is out finally here and I am getting a good charge from the solar cells, so I turned off grid charging.
I will have the grid top off the batteries later at 1am at the cheap rate.

I figured out what the problem was.
You have to have a value of at least 500 in the Max Sell field
Even though I don't sell back to the grid.

This field was off the top of the screen when I was setting the Time of Use settings, so I did not see that this was flagged in red.

The old Sol_Ark monitor must not have cared that mine was set to zero
The new one does care
