Sol-ark 15k max PV increase

I couldn't find this setting on the unit's screen

Interesting that the firmware probably allowed this but the setting can only come from the cloud?

Nice that they upped it seems but not a fan of requiring the cloud to do it, needs to be a local setting too and accurately documented.

I should be getting my Sol-ark 15k installed in the next month or two with about 19kw of panels, so may not make much difference, still watching with interest if this was intentional and if they will finally officially publish max usable pv numbers.

Of course, I don't know if the maximum real power of 15,000W is just the AC (inverted) side of things or if it includes the DC side into the battery. Maybe 13,200W can go into the battery at the same time the inverter is feeding 15,000W into the load.

Yes this is the common misunderstanding and point of contention around here with all the LF inverter adherents complaining about the naming conventions of the various AIO manufacturers.

An AIO is a set of SCC's, a HF DC-DC converter and an inverter sharing a HVDC bus. Each of those sub components has a different power rating with the SCC's usually having the highest output with inverter next and DC-DC battery interface last. Power can be split between inverter and DC-DC battery charger when coming from PV allowing full capacity battery charging while still providing significant AC output or full AC output with battery charing still occurring.

Does the app still allow for 22.5k? I just got my 15k online and the app limits to 19.5k was set to 16k initially out of the box, weird that setting isn't in the on device screen settings I can find but seem that way for a few of them and some missing in the app.
