I purchased a Sol-Ark 5k this past August 2021, but recently upgraded to an 8k. The 5k worked very well, but it's limited to 6kw of PV (which I have) and I wanted the option of expanding should I need to. I paid ~$5000 including tax, and I'd like to sell it for $3500. I'm in Northern California.
One of the mounting brackets (bottom right) for it was bent when I opened it - please see photos below showing the bracket before installation (bent) and after (straightened). After verifying that it was only cosmetic and nothing internal was affected, my installer and I bent it back into place when we installed it, and it didn't affect the functionality of the unit at all. If anyone is interested, I'm happy to help you test it as much as you need before purchasing to ease any concerns. I won't ship it, though - these things are heavy and awkward to carry.
