I have an off grid setup with an 8KW Sol-Ark inverter with a Homegrid Energy SS2-LFP9.6000-2A01 battery pack. Twice within the past week, the batteries and inverter suddenly shut off in the middle of the night. There was very little load at the time. I reset the battery pack and inverter and it comes back fine. No faults and nothing in the events log. The battery was at 65-85% each time. Sol-Ark recommended switching from battery % to battery voltage so I'll see what happens.
