Sol-Ark load neutral to sub panel

I'm in the process of setting up my Sol-Ark and had a question about neutrals
I'm in an on-grid scenario
I have a critical loads panel that will be powered by the loads output of the SolArk
However, I also have it arranged so that I have an interlock between the solar breaker and the grid breaker so that if I need to take the Sol-Ark offline, I can have the sub panel powered by the grid.

So, the grid has its neutral and the Sol-Ark has its neutral, but with my interlock, I don't ever disconnect the neutral.

So, do I run a neutral from both grid and SolArk to my critical loads, or is a single neutral from the grid side sufficient and I then only run my Sol-Ark neutral out to my main service panel and call it good?

And now I've typed neutral too many times and it looks ... wrong!
