This whole deal sounds like the old times when you could buy Nikon photo equipment grey market for a lot less but NO warranty. I .
always paid up and bought the USA warranty stuff. If you got the grey market stuff for less you knew its was a gamble on repair.
The way solar is going out of business these days brands that have been around a while stand for something.
I did call sol ark last week and the call was abiut me programing some items into my 12kw unit and all was good with that call as usual . I had not talked to sol ark in years so the service I had was normal.
Now alt-e store well thats another dead horse story
