I've reached out to SA via email but I've not received a response in more than 2 days. Does anyone know if the application is still supported?
My issue is that I have always used SA to read my first gen GYLL battery without any issues. Recently I purchased the EG4 lifepower battery and added to my setup. When I connect the battery via narada rs485 the battery capacity is reading 100AH instead of 200Ah. The pc monitoring software has the correct capacity as 200AH

Is there a way to adjust this in SA?

Yes it's still supported.

All SA does is read the data its given and display it in the different charts and graphs.

Where are you seeing it display the 100AH in SA?

Yes, it's reflected as 100ah in SA but on the EG4 software it states 200AH

Hello; the same by here. I have the 300ah tewaycell and connect it to SA by using the narada rs485 protocol.
The capacity of the battey is show as 100ah.
I also remarked a problem when the battery reaches 100% soc and trigger san OV, the highest cell voltage as shown is SA is comptetly wrong: more than 20v instead of the 3.6v shown in the screen of the battery.

Same here with 3 racks of Narada NPFC80 (80Ah then) reported as 100Ah.

SOC reported is right, just capacity wrongly reported as 100Ah instead of 80ish.

And

Individual cell voltage reported non-sense (> 10v) as soon as highest cell voltage reach anything > 3.6v.

Reported the issue to SA like 6 months ago already but it's really not dramatic and I do realize it might not be their top priority ...

Corrected.by SA a while ago in my case. Guess it has also been for EG4 as they use a very close BMS protocole ...
I seem to be having the same issue you had, im using the EG4 LL-S V2, but i did connect it to the inverter and not the battery directly
