Yup..... FAR too often really stupid things are done in the name of 'green' that actually make things worse. Sadley, polititions don't understand energy and don't listen to the people that do. Even when they do understand, they will often still do stupid if they think it will get them votes or if they get paid off by the people getting rich off of stupid.
