Solar Panel Issue

Hello, im trying to figure out why my panel aren't producing like they use to. I check SolarEdge and it seems like a whole row and 2 other panels aren't function properly. Any help would be great! thank you

im not 100% sure, they were installed in 2015. looking trouble shoot it but not sure where to begin.

Begin by looking at your array and determining how the wires are connected and combined.

They are wired from (2.3.1-2.3.15) and they go to converter from 2.3.15

I would focus my attention to panels 2.21 and 2.23 wiring. Left side middle row, above garage door. These appear to have zero output.
