solar panel not giving current

I used my multimeter and it showed a jump in voltage (18v) for the first half second of contact and then read "O.L", meaning over limit or open circuit.
I've had the solar panels for under 2 years with no problems. All 9 of my solar panels are showing this. Any help would be appreciated!

Welcome to the forum.

Check your multimeter setting. 12V panels have OCV > 20V, so if you're set to 20V, you'll get O.L.

Set for 200V.

Note that the subject says panel not giving current, but you only mention voltage.

Whoops! I set the multimeter to the correct setting and it is getting voltage! It turns out my charge controller is the one not processing the current from the panels.

Thank you so much for your help!
