Solar Panel Surge Protectors, advise please.

Hello all, Now I have bought a new hybrid system (although not delivered, for two months) I need Surge Protectors.
I confess my ignorance, so I went on youtube to find some info, an eye opener; so now I know why, but not what.

I have two arrays:
1st: 6x DAH Panels - Total = Voc 296.7v VMP 253.56V
2nd: 5X Rensola Panels - Total = Voc 187v Vmp 146.5v

Which do I work from Voc or Vmp?
Obviously I need a DC Surge Protector, but what value? Uc 300 & Uc 200?

What SCC are you using and were you thinking about trying to feed 1 SCC with both arrays?

Sorry I don't know what SCC is.

I'm getting a Sunsynk inverter 5.5kw, it has two solar inputs, each array gets it's own fuse, breaker, surge protector and housing.
The mains in, ups out, battery also get fuses, breakers, surge protectors and housings.
Both arrays will be used with the Sunsynk inverter.
