Solar Sovereign Father's Day promo experience

With different tiers of purchasing, Solar Sovereign offered free shipping, discounts for each tier, discount for your first purchase, and price matching of a competitor for the same product. First, there was resistance to combining discounts such as free shipping and the purchase tier discount. Secondly, there was resistance to allow an offered first-time purchaser $100 discount if other discounts were applicable. Third, price matching didn't happen. Amazon was not included as a competitor for price matching because they sell "black market products." eBay price matches are not allowed - that's somewhat understandable but should be specified by Solar Sovereign. Fourth, a unit price quote for modules just 7 days earlier would not be honored by Solar Sovereign.
Each of these Father's Day promo elements had unwritten conditions. If Solar Sovereign cannot even stand behind their promotional offering, am I really confident in sending them $6,000? What would they really ship to me, and when? And Solar Sovereign just left everything hanging at the end - no feedback that they couldn't or wouldn't stand behind their Father's Day promotion.
Disappointed! I will shop elsewhere.

Least you asked the right questions and moved on.

Lots of good vendors out there that don’t need “promos” or “super saver deals” to move product.

Wish I had moved on. Placed an order on 6/15 with Solar Sovereign and still waiting. When I do connect with Jared or Stephen, their response is always next week the shipment will go out. They’re not as fast moving merchandise as they claim. Great price on the panels I ordered, but their supply chain is questionable.

Placed an order from BatteryEvo and received it. BatteryEvo was a little slow but they sent the equipment.

Placed an order with Current Connected and received it the same week. Think I’ll use Current Connected for future purchases since they waisted no time sending out the 6000XPs I ordered.

The mini-split I ordered from Solar Sovereign on 7/30/24 was never delivered and now they are NOT returning my money. On 8/26/24 Jared Quinn told me it would take their "accounting department" two weeks to get me a refund (completely ridiculous since they had my PayPal payment the next day). Well, that deadline has come and gone. I have no refund and there is no response to my email and no calls or letters. They have not responded to an inquiry from PayPal either. Based on their actions, It seems they intend to keep my money. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
