Solar Sovereign review

I'm out close to $17,000 and because the charges happened about 3 months ago I don't think Chase is going to do anything about it. Man, what a mess. Solar Sovereign did issue the refund, but i've got no faith its going to actually hit my account it was about 12 business days ago.

Could a lawyer do anything?

was it within 90 days, or over 90 days? big difference. if before, even on day 89, then youre protected.

I think the policies may be different at different banks. At Citibank I was told 6 months. Might be best to check with your bank. Show them a screenshot of the closed website.

EG4 is covering the warranty for sol sovereign:

yeah they will give him the run around... i can see it already, all three of those entities were one and the same. i bet that solar sovereign was simply a shell for EG4 and Signature Solar it would take a forensics team to sort it all out at this point in time... a CCP company builds two separate shell corporations to sell products int he states... paging tim waltz are you friends with james?

Good morning!! 🌞 Signature Solar, nor EG4 have ever been one with Solar Sovereign. They were a sub-distributor of Signature Solar, owned by another individual. Moving forward, the warranty process for EG4 products previously sold by Solar Sovereign, will be handled by EG4, and I'm sure that @EG4TechSolutionsTeam can confirm that this will be handled with the same care and urgency as every other warranty they deal with 🫶🏻

Awesome, thanks for that clarity :)

i hate calling you out as you have always been fairly polite in your messaging, but I think different, and thats all that matters at this point. James screwed his own company over a couple of years ago. tossing you out front as the bleating sheep to assuage the masses does not mean anything to me. he is the architect of this disaster and its on his doorstep.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, and I respect that. I can only hope that maybe in the future you will see how much we have progressed from those couple of years ago, and how we will not stop pushing to improve now :)

Just as a follow up to my previous message about nearly 17,000 being got into the ether.. The refund did come through after a discussion with Chase. I'm not sure if that was pure coincidence as they said they'd communicated with the merchant, but once Solar Sovereign put their site back up with the announcement of closing it seemed to let the refund through. The money is back so that's a big weight of the ol' shoulders. I hope it works out the same for the rest of y'all who replied!
