Just wanted to drop my review on my order with them.

(short version) Placed a order for some panels and a EG4 server rack battery June 27.
Panels were showing in stock, the battery Was a "pre order" showing iirc around the 17/18 of July.
Order showed up August 6th.

During the time waiting on order Id tried contacting them via the chat window and someone responded a day later on it. I replied to it but never got another response on chat.
I tried calling a couple of times and it held me long enough till a voice message came on saying " we are disconnecting your call but will give you a call back".
3 times did that over a week and never got a call back.
Finally got someone to answer around july 25. He was very nice and cordial and told me batteries were in and would be shipping soon.
I emailed on Aug1 asking for a update. I got a response back on August 7, (the day after receiving my order) from Nathan that things were hectic with their move to another warehouse in Dallas due to the hurricane.
Order had arrived on August 6th. XPO texted me cpl days prior with date to be delivered. Ended up having one damaged panel that could not be seen until unwrapped. No fault of Solar Sovereigns.

My take on them is. They are a small biz that is short staffed. You really need someone full time answering phone and replying to emails or chat window.
In todays world you can loose a sale in just a few minutes to someone else with almost instantaneous replies.
Their prices were fair and thats one thing that got me to order from them over other sellers.
If I needed something quickly Im not sure if I would choose them next time. If Im not in a hurry and can save $100, yeah id probably use them again.

On scale of 1-10 Id give them over all a 6 because of the lack of communication, and I wish they would have went ahead and shipped the in stock items , and then shipped the battery when they got it a month later.

The mini-split I ordered from Solar Sovereign on 7/30/24 was never delivered and now they are NOT returning my money. On 8/26/24 Jared Quinn told me it would take their "accounting department" two weeks to get me a refund (completely ridiculous since they had my PayPal payment the next day). Well, that deadline has come and gone. I have no refund and there is no response to my email and no calls or letters. They have not responded to an inquiry from PayPal either. Based on their actions, It seems they intend to keep my money. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

I placed an order for ten solar panels with Solar Sovereign on 08/23/2024. Their website said the product was in stock; Freight Shipping.
For in-stock products, standard processing times are 2 - 6 business days. Estimated delivery times are based on carrier availability and national shipping lanes, these can vary anywhere between 3 - 15 business days. It has been three weeks, and I have not received my tracking or order. I have tried numerous times to get an answer, but they keep giving me the runaround: The shipper has delayed pickup. Get a New shipper!! VERY POOR SERVICE

09/18/24 UPDATE: No solar panels were delivered; Solar Sovereign said if I wanted to cancel, there would be a 9% restocking Fee. The Order has been Canceled! The credit Issuer sent a full refund after we sent supporting emails showing no delivery. Look at their Facebook page for even more examples of poor customer service. I'm just glad we got our money Back.

I made the purchase on exactly the same date. They have given me two different shipping dates. The battery I bought is still in stock. Everything is wrong with this company. The only thing they do well is keeping the stock updated on the website so that more people continue buying and believing they will get something on the date they say they have for in-stock products.

This gives me a little hope that my money won't be lost

I also seem to have been taken by Solar Sovereign (@SignatureSolarJess was even kind enough to check in case they had an outstanding order and confirmed are no longer associated with Solar Sovereign). My order was placed on 18 July and I guess fortunate to receive the EG4 inverter and battery in early September but are still missing a pallet of panels and the last communication I received from them was the 18 Sept. Are there others lurking that also have not received orders? I generally don't like lawsuits, but wonder if it's worth some class action lawsuit.

Anyone know what happened to Solar Sovereign? Saw that they are Texas based, and that someone else supposedly acquired them (Inferno Capital Group). Looks like they were in business about a year.
