Solar system for a 2.4Kw Grundfos pump

Hi,
What inverter do you recommend in order to handle below well pump? It's a 2.4Kw - not sure how much would spike the inrush current. Do I need to size my battery bank for the in rush wattage or being only few seconds it does not matter.

SQ series is supposed to be soft start with no surge. I see no surge in the specs, and most of the non-soft-start list around 5X run for surge.

Any inverter that can deliver 3000W continuous should suffice.

I have an SQ-5 230' deep pumping to a 50 Gallon Pressure Tank and then 75' to the house underground. Hi cutout at 52PSI and Cutin at 42PSI. It starts at 500W and stages up to 1100w by the time it reaches 52PSI. Mine is the 120V version.

Starting it shouldn't be an issue as it will ramp up current. The question is how long do you want to run it on battery?
