SolarEdge new in box, SE7600A-US Inverter left behind on my jobsite and I'm trying to see if it can be put to any DYI use. Have had little luck getting information out of SolarEdge and my experience with these unit is that it is very prioritized, need to be Activated by SolarEdge etc. It was to be use used on a 10K system with 5 kW battery but a new inverter was sent and this was left behind. Just trying to figure out the best plan for this Unit outside of a paper weight.
Thanks

It doesn't have to have batteries.
It is just a standard single phase, 7600w(8350w max) grid tied inverter.

As long as it hasn't been reported stolen, and if SolarEdge will honor the warranty, you should be good to do whatever you'd like with it.
Nice score, hope you find it a good home.

This is a unit that I paid for and was refunded as it was the wrong one. Cost more to return. Have set up it's replace there was so much on the phone with SolarEdge just wonder if it can be used DYI. Onward and forward! Thanks
