SolArk Plant Data - Way to alter a reading or data?

I guess something blipped yesterday with my data, but the daily is all fine and correct, but for some reason the data in the month/year/total tab have a random number for charge and it's going to ruin everything for the rest of the year.
Is there a way to alter (or maybe re-evaluate) the day total for the 23rd on my 15k? Or remove the issue numbers?

No, I did not have 200kW worth of charging in a single day with no discharge.

I have never seen that before.
There is no way that you can change the Data yourself. I think Sol-Ark customer support can get it changed.
Call them and have them Log in so they can see for themselves and possibly fix it on their end.

That happened to me last year. I had a single day of grossly wrong export (2,150KWH). I submitted a support ticket, but crickets.

Hi I had the same thing happen to me on 1/24. Something in their system must have glitched. My Sol-ark reported that I put 55,356,859.5 kWh (needless to say a fantastic production day) back into my battery among month and year totals that are now wrong. I emailed support and sent a couple screenshots. Hopefully something they can fix or at the least delete the offending day.

It seems like some people got this corrupted data right after they restored the extra 6 months of archived Data on the 23-24th.
