Hello All,

I have a Solax X1-Hybrid G4 7kw and a Seplos battery of 15.5kW with BMS v3.
Did anyone use this combination since I can't get the 2 devices to communicate to each other and the inverter, although the battery has 34.5% SOC, it doesn't see the battery?

Googling 'Soflex Lithium battery' gives no hits at all, is it spelt wrongly or if not then its so obscure you best contact the seller. What does BMS V3 mean, who made it ? Is it a Seplos BMS V3?

Yes, I was referring to Seplos BMS v3 (I confused the name with another company that I worked with).
But I just did more reading and I found that the minimum nominal voltage for Solax on the battery is 85V while the Seplos is 51.2V. Now I would need to look for a BMS 32S and buy another 16 cells. I am open to any other suggestions.

You may be better going for another inverter that does 48V lithium batteries, cost wise it may be cheaper than a new BMS and more cells. I would also not want to be around a DIY 96V battery.

Dear Solax fellow,
I've been struggling to get my pylontech HV to work with the G4, but I managed.
I can assist, but in my case, it required a man in the middle board to "convert" the protocol.
Also, I managed to wire only a single H48050 pack, and it works pretty nicely (although the amps are limiting the total output power when EPS)
The project is there: https://github.com/70p4z/tparse/tree/master/example/nucleo-f767zi_solax-pylontech
Good luck, feel free to ping me if needed.
Cheers
