Solax X1 G4 Inverter and 3.1kw Triple power Batt

Hi, need a little help understanding Solax solar setup. Their help has so far been non-existent.
Recently installed x1 G4 3.7-D with Matebox and 3.1kw Battery.
No export (No MCS). NICEIC electrical install. G98 complete. Self use mode.
Is the cloud showing me using house power to power the inverter? Ie 1w? I thought more power would be going to the house from the panels? Nothing seems to be feeding back to the house.
Does the battery need to do a full 100% cycle in order to discharge over night or when PV is no more? Currently battery just sits over night and gives nothing back.
I have been told all these items could be CT problems, but I used the CT already installed in the Matebox straight to the inverter. Does anyone know if the CT that came with the inverter also need to be used, although cant see where this would fit in.

Check the CT clamp pin out for correct RG45
pin out connections

It will tell you where to attach the CT clamp and also RG45 pin out.

My Solax X1 Boost 3.6kW string PV inverter
uses RG45 pins 1 - white/orange + for CT clamp.

RG45 pin 8 - brown which is - (negative) got CT clamp

My Solax X1 AC 3.6kW inverter for both my Master plus Slave 5.8kW batteries uses different RG45 pinouts

RG45 pin 1 - orange/white to CT +

RG45 pin 4 - blue to CT-

What make CT clamp are you using?

Eastron with white cable and black/ white cable

The pins CT + and CT- have to go to the correct colours on the CT clamp

My CT clamps are on the Live cable/wire between the DNO meter and Henley block
Also the manual provides information on the direction the Arrow on the CT clamp should face.
