Brand new, never been used or even wired up. Don’t have the box, but have all the parts.
Bought it with intention of using, but went with other equipment. I mounted it to a piece of plywood, but never wired it up or connected it to anything.

You aren't missing anything. I bought it from Amazon earlier this year and don't have the original packaging and it has been too long to return it, but I don't need it anymore as I went with a different solution for my solar generator - so I'm discounting it a bit to account for that.
