New technology!!!!!!!! Farmers in the 1920 used long lengths of fence wire to charge their radio batteries from the wind blowing across.

In the mid 1960's I built an ion drive helicopter. It didn't fly because it was too heavy, but it did create wind currents.

Aww heck, why don't we all just give up and start using Earth Batteries !
Considering metallurgical & technological advances over teh past 150 years and not being limited by available materials of the day, Earth Batteries may actually be more viable today than ever before.

Boy, would that Tick off a lot of folks now wouldn't it.
