Spare port on a Microinverter, what can I connect to it?

After a 27 panel roof install I find myself with a 4-port microinverter with an unutilized input port. I know the simple answer is to add the 28th panel and be done with it.

But is there, for example, a small wind turbine that could be utilizing that port?

Probably not.
Wind turbines make ‘wild’AC but even if onboard the turbine it’s rectified to DC the voltage will be all over the place for one, and you probably need to do something to brake it in high winds that doesn’t arc the rotor or let it spin ‘til the prop blows apart.
Never mind that there’s so few places in the US that have enough steady, sustained wind to give the microinverter something to do.
