I know a ton has been written on this.

I will have a grid fed Victron Multiplus via w subpanel where the neutral ground is separate. The output from Multiplus will be going to a load center. Included a photo.

Please correct if I am wrong. It looks like I need to add a separate ground bar and use it for the ground circuits so I can keep the neutral and ground separate.

Would I also add the ground from the ac input from the Multiplus to this bar as well?

Correct

I think that the multiplus has a output ground terminal. But as long as the panel is grounded to the rest of the system, it's fine.

Really like the Square D system. Adding a separate ground bar only took a couple of minutes .

All manufacturers panels are designed for this.
Some even come with the extra ground bar. (Sometimes two)

If you are back feeding power through a breaker, there is a breaker tie down kit for under $10 that is required.
