SRNE 20KW parallel ASP journey.

I have them hooked up as they are called out for in the version 1.0 manual.
Well, for some reason, they are not staying in sync when a load is applied. Which means that they are not communicating with each other correctly.

Seams like that is the case but I am out of things to try. I can try switching out the com cables incase there is a bad one. These 3 inverters were working together in split phase config. for weeks. But that is much different from 3 phase setup.

Eco-worthy seems to be selling the ASP 10K unit on Ebay for $1399 with free shipping and a short delivery so they must be in the US?
Im thinking this might push the price down a bit on the competing ASP rebrands. What do you think?

Has anyone seen a link to download the manual for the above?
The picture to the left of the main one for this add doesn't show the parallel ports, Is it just the wrong picture?

Yeah, split-phase is easier, because they are just in series.
But for 3-phase, they have to maintain 120° under load. Probably easier for a 3-phase load. But can be harder for a single phase 208v load, with only two seeing the load.

Its the parallel model. They call it the "Pro" model. I asked them before I ordered one. The prices were changing and I accidentally ordered two 5kw units. I cancelled that order. Eco-Worthy was very cooperative and responsive.
The clarity of their Ebay adds could be improved.
If Fedex does their job Ill have it Monday.

Operation 3 phase is not working good. I have 3 inverters in 3 phase, setting 31 is 3p1, 3p2, 3p3, setting 38 is 120v, and setting 68 is 0, Voltages from inverters to neutral stay rock steady at 120v, but phase to phase if a 20 to 30amp load in single phase, say a to b phase, that voltage will drop as low as 190v, and goes lower as you add load. Not sure what is going on here. I would have all six inverters hooked up but I am waiting on a db15 cable to get here before I can do that.
This is the diagram you're following? It sounds like all the setting are correct.

I'm betting you already made sure they are on the same firmware and all the factory connections are tight,

Hopefully you can get it figured out. I'd give their support a shout if can't find anything else.
Vicky gave me a email contact, that is the only way I know to contact support. I contacted SRNE support on their website about a wifi stick issue, never got a reply back in weeks of waiting.

We posted at the same time above, but you beat my by a bit, lol.

Here's what I have, attached.
Looks the same.
Setting 37 is the battery recovery, I run mine at 54V.

Edit - attachments would be helpful.

must be dependent on another setting
Correct.
Regarding the V1.3 manual, I'm glad SRNE corrected the recommended battery cable gauge and added "The voltage setting logic: 【15】<【12】<【04】<【14】<【35】<【37】<【05】<【09/11】" text at the start of the settings section. Setting 68 (AC output phase mode) has a new "No N" (180-degree phase without neutral wire) option. Interesting.

There may be other "interlocks" that are not documented (or well documented).
I have the ECO-Worthy 5000w inverter which I am futzing with.
For example Menu 9 "Boost Voltage". I cannot change the value even though Menu 8 "Battery Type" is set to USER. Even if I restart the Inverter, I can't change Menu 8. If when Menu 8 is set at USER and I unplug the BMS to RS485 cable, I can change Menu 9 "Boost Voltage".
If I set Menu 32 "Communication Function" to SLA (no 485) I can also change Menu 9 whether the BMS cable is plugged in or not.
This is contrary to what the manual says unless I am misreading something

I freaking HATE china companies!!!!! SRNE is not good at getting back to me, or at all. Vicky from Borick is the only help I have got so far. She is talking to tech. I have set pictures, videos, answered questions, but they do not understand what issue I am having. I have to send video's now of me adding and subtracting loads so they can see the issue. I will post a few pics on here of what I sent. See if you guys can see the issue, because they can't. I explain everything as simple as I possibly can. Look at the display numbers, they speak for themselves, any idiot can see it is NOT good.

I wish I could help and hope you get it resolved.
Pinging @empowered to ask what method he used to contact support. Iirc he had a video chat with them for some issues with his HESP.
