I'm having errors with my SRNE AIO, it has a code 21 faul on the display, which indicates a fan failure according to the manual.

The fans are perfectly fine, but I've notice that when the PVs have power thats when it goes off. tried reterminating the PV's wire, tried to clean the Heatsinks , it still persists. what could this be?

it is a year and a half old and it only started doing this when I connected starlink (not sure if this is relevant).

If you are having a fan failure (21) fault than even if you hear fans running something is wrong with how they are running. Your symptoms of when PV is providing power is a indication since as amount of PV power incoming should cause your fan to cycle on and increase as PV increases.

Have you cleaned your AIO? Dust can accumulate in a years time.

I just cleaned it yesterday. If this is the case, then I’ll try to replace the fans. Thanks for your input.

Did solve your Error Code 21 fault? I have a similar problem with the SRNE 50248 hybrid inverter. The inverter works well until the fans start running then error 21 pops up on the screen, and the inverter shuts down

My srne HFP4835U80-145 is doing the same thing, No matter the fans I use.

For anyone that see's this thread in the future, I fixed my error 21 problem.

I fixed it by tying both fan headers together before splitting then back out to the 2 fans. Not exactly sure why it was throwing a fit but with a 3pin header on the inverter it's sensing rpm, maybe the one header is weak and couldn't output enough voltage to get the fan in the rpm range it needed.. not sure but it fixed my issue.
